Come vi avevo preannunciato, ecco un altro post dedicato alla tecnica della stampa sul vellum, come avete già visto con la card in rosa. Questa volta, però, per la coloritura ho scelto le matite colorate Prismacolor, e due tecniche leggermente differenti.
As I announced you, this is another post dedicated to the vellum technique, like the pink card you saw here. This time, I turned to Prismacolor soft core pencils and I used two different techniques.
La struttura di questo biglietto è analoga a quella della card in rosa: stampa in Versamark e polvere bianca e coloritura al contrario.
The structure of the first card is similar to the pink one: I printed the flower with Versamark ink pad and white embossing powder, coloring it on the back side.
Per quest'altro biglietto ho preferito stampare i fiori con l'inchiostro bianco, senza l'uso della polvere da rilievo, e colorare con le matite sulla parte anteriore del vellum.
For this second card, I chose to print the flowers with white ink pad, without embossing powder, coloring it on the front side.
Naturalmente l'effetto è più intenso rispetto al precedente. Mi stuzzicava l'idea di lasciare a vista la pastosità del colore e la mescolanza delle due tonalità di blu.
The color is more intense, of course, but I liked to show the soft blending of the two tones of blue.
Se scegliete questa tecnica, vi consiglio di dare una mano protettiva con un prodotto specifico (tipo uno spray per carboncino), o una semplice lacca per capelli, in modo che il pastello non si rovini toccando il biglietto.
If you chose this technique, I suggest you to protect your work with a specific fixative spray, or a simple hair spray.
